Refund Policy:
Cancelation of exhibit space must be directed in writing to the APAVCS. The following rules apply:
If an Exhibitor Cancels prior to May 1, 2026, the exhibitor will forfeit 50% of the total contracted space fee. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2026. Should the APACVS cancel the meeting for any reason, Exhibitors will receive a full refund.
