The APACVS Exhibit Hall annually features approximately 30 exhibitors offering products and services related to cardiothoracic and vascular surgery and CTV Critical Care. Exhibitors include medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical publishers, and health care staffing organizations.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation of exhibit space must be directed in writing to the APACVS. The following rules apply:
If an Exhibitor Cancels prior to May 1, 2027, the exhibitor will forfeit 50% of the total contracted space fee. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2027. Should the APACVS cancel the meeting for any reason, Exhibitors will receive a full refund.
